The 6m XL flatpack storage unit is a great alternative to a conventional 20ft shipping container. It is specifically designed to achieve the same space and is made from galvanized steel rather than CorTen steel.

They offer a cost-effective solution to the more expensive shipping container. These warehouses are specifically designed to offer the same storage capacity as a 20ft shipping container, but with the added benefits and flexibility of our flatpack storage range.

These units are a great solution for narrow or restricted property access, underground car parks, or residential buildings. The XL badge means they are taller and wider than the standard flatpack storage range.

Another great advantage of these 6m XL units is that they can be stacked or placed side by side to create a larger, open-plan storage space to suit your needs.

Our 6m XL warehouses are typically delivered by HIAB as flatpacks, but other delivery methods are also possible, including a pre-built solution, which our expert team will be happy to discuss with you. We also offer a delivery and installation service, but this is charged separately and requires a prior site visit.

Due to the size of our 6m XL warehouse, assembly requires a little more planning and labor, although the method is very similar to our 2m, 3m, and 4m flatpack storage options. We recommend a team of approximately 6-8 people for erecting the roof section.
