Description
This 20ft container office is one of our most popular shipping container conversions for sale. It is based on a standard 20ft x 8ft shipping container and has been converted by our specialist team for use as a home office, garden office or hobby room.
One long side of a standard 20ft x 8ft one trip shipping container has been completely removed and fitted with full height double glazed sliding doors with integral blinds.
The walls are fitted with 50 mm thick Dritherm earth wool insulation and the ceiling with 100 mm thick Dritherm loft insulation and clad with 12.5 mm thick plasterboard – ready for stripping or finishing, depending on your choice.
Electrically, the unit is fitted with flush mounted electrics and cabling, in keeping with the planned high specification and clean lines of the skim finish. The electrics include 3 LED light strips, 4 double 13A sockets and 2 32A isolators at the rear for air conditioning if required.

Unlike buying your 40ft new container "as-is" from local depots or online marketplace sellers, Containerhouselda offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. In the unlikely event you're dissatisfied with your container — for any reason — we'll refund the entire purchase less any delivery costs incurred and a $100 cancellation fee.
